Victor M. Gotay, MD.

Dr. Gotay received his undergraduate and medical degrees cum laude from the University of Puerto Rico and finished a surgical internship at University District Hospital, Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico. He completed a residency program and clinical fellowship in Otolaryngology at Harvard Medical School, Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, Boston, Massachusetts.

Jerome O. Sugar, MD.

Dr. Sugar received his undergraduate degree and medical degree at the University of Illinois, Urbana and Chicago. He completed a surgical internship and residency at Northwestern University, Chicago and a residency program and clinical fellowship in Otolaryngology at Harvard Medical School, Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, Boston, Massachusetts.

Raymond E. Winicki, MD.

Dr. Winicki received his undergraduate degree cum laude from the University of Rochester, Rochester, New York. He received his medical training from the New York University School of Medicine and completed a residency in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary.

Judith S. Lynch, MS., APRN.

Ms. Lynch received her undergraduate degree cum laude from Boston College School of Nursing, Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts. She completed her certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner at the State University of New York, Binghamton, New York. She received the Master of Science in Family Nursing and the Master of Arts in Women’s History from the State University of
New York at Binghamton.
