Scheduling Appointments Ear, Nose and Throat Associates of Waterbury is open Monday through Friday with the last appointment scheduled one hour before closing.

All visits are by appointment and emergencies will be given priority. Please inform us 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please make sure that we have correct phone numbers to contact you if our schedule changes. |

Phone Calls Your calls will be answered by a receptionist during office hours. Non-emergency calls will be returned as soon as possible. After office hours, the answering service will forward your message to the provider on call. Prescription refills are not done after hours. Medication Refills Please call to request a refill during regular office hours and leave the following information:
In order to provide optimal care, we will require that you see a provider before a medication is refilled if you have not had an appointment within six months. always bring an updated medication list to your appointment. If possible please bring a printout of current medications from your pharmacy. Insurance We participate with most insurance plans including managed care and Medicare. We will submit insurance claims if the following information is provided:
